* To ensure the high quality of the Opti.Space solution, we offer you a satisfaction guarantee and fully reimburse you for the cost of using the software. To successfully enforce the guarantee, you undertake to actively use the solution (rents out space, responds to our initiatives, responds to customers, ensures uniform booking conditions throughout the rental process), as this is the only way to fully experience the satisfaction and success of Opti.Space solution. If during active use you will not realize any business or you will not be satisfied with the solution, we will reimburse you in full. (The cost of the intermediate agent (pay pal) is a cost that we do not charge and is not refundable.)
** If you do not want to rent a room to new/unknown customers at a certain point in time (e.g. if you have enough known customers and only want to allow them to make reservations), you have the option of setting up an answering machine for new customers in a closed system so that you do not have to accept new customers and therefore do not have to reject requests manually.
*** Monthly subscriptions are charged on the 1st of the month for the current month with an 8-day due date, annual subscriptions are charged on use with an 8-day due date, and % of the rent is charged on the 1st of the month for the previous month.
